They all offer a high-quality experience and welcome everyone from first-timers to seasoned climbers. The routes and boulder problems change weekly, so your workout can stay fresh and exciting. Day passes are available, along with rental bundles featuring shoes and chalk.

ROCK SPOT CLIMBING

A Boston area favorite, Rock Spot Climbing opened in 2009. The business director began climbing as a young girl. Today, she enjoys sharing her passion and helping new climbers discover the sport. First-time visitors start with a 15-minute orientation before tackling the wall on their own. In addition, Rock Spot Climbing also offers classes like Intro to Belaying. Students learn how to tie knots, auto-belay, and more. You can purchase a day pass with or without gear.

BROOKLYN BOULDERS

Called an architectural masterpiece, Brooklyn Boulders combines climbing, music, fitness, and the arts under one roof. During your visit, you can enjoy climbing experiences like bouldering, auto-belay, and top-rope. Those new to the sport may want to start with Intro to Climbing. In a small group setting, students learn how to make important corrections to their climbing technique. You can climb on a day pass or become a member.
