It takes 48 hours before the bagels are ready to be boiled and covered with your favorite toppings. They feature a soft, chewy interior and a crackling crust. Flavors include pepper jack, herb salt flakes, and bird feeder (seeded whole wheat). Place an online order for pick up Wednesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Bagelsaurus

Motivated by the lack of bagel options in the Boston area, Mary Ting Hyatt decided to become a business owner and opened Bagelsaurus. The bakers use only five simple ingredients. It takes over "24 hours of patience and fermentation," and you will enjoy old favorites while discovering new ones. Choices include cheddar garlic, black olive, and deli rye. The shop welcomes online ordering Tuesday through Sunday.
