Spy Pond Park

Take a seven-minute bike ride on the tree-lined Minuteman Commuter Bikeway to Spy Pond Park for a tranquil picnic with a splendid view of the sunset. Just a two-minute ride past the park, Kickstand Cafe comes highly recommended by locals for a coffee or refreshing house-made lemonade. The café serves a casual menu including bagels and delicious sandwiches made on Iggy's locally baked bread. Orders can be conveniently placed online, over the phone, or in person.

Fresh Pond Reservation

Head past the Fresh Pond Mall to find a rejuvenating nature escape. The Fresh Pond Reservation provides multi-use trails perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. The trails are even pet-friendly and permit dogs to be off-leash while at the Little Fresh Pond Dog Beach.

Danehy Park

This 50-acre green space is a Cambridge oasis. Danehy Park is complete with walking trails, seating areas, a dog park, a track & field, along with courts for most sports. It's the perfect place to satisfy all your recreational hobbies while enjoying the breeze that is almost always sweeping through the park.
